Paula DiPerna has deep expertise in the fields of climate change and green finance, through her work at the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) and Tianjin Climate Exchange (TCX). She is currently a Special Advisor to the CDP (formerly known as the Carbon Disclosure Project), as well as a prolific author, public speaker, media commentator, and filmmaker.

Nursalam has extensive experience in the commodity futures trading industry since 1998. On May 25th, 2021, Nursalam was appointed to become the Director of ICDX. Through this appointment, he aims to bring ICDX to the top commodity exchange in Indonesia with international recognition.

Indonesia Climate Exchange, was established to aid the government's mission of decreasing carbon emissions. Megain is specialized in climate instruments and aims to make decarbonization accessible for all industry participants through convenient transactions, diverse product options, and transparent accountability.

Throughout his tenure with United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the Technical Center for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA), he researched ways to make carbon credits a viable export commodity and developed financing frameworks for renewable energy initiatives. He also played a pivotal role in developing tradable carbon credits during 1992 Rio Earth Summit.
